(1) Vendor needs to provide public engagement consulting services.– Provide comprehensive public engagement services for developing the 2055 Regional Transportation Plan.– Responsible for coordinating public engagement in coordination with agency, ensuring that all federal and state requirements are met while also providing an accurate understanding of stakeholder's regional transit desires and goals. – The Consultant will develop a targeted outreach strategy to engage populations underrepresent in the transportation planning process. – The strategy will recommend audience–specific approaches, and establish contacts with community–based organizations, advocacy groups, service providers, educational institutions, faith–based organizations, and other community partners.– Comprehensive synthesis of all stakeholder consultation input, including themes, recommendations, and coordination outcomes. – Comprehensive synthesis of all public engagement input across all workshop rounds, including key themes, priorities, and findings.
