(1) Vendor needs to provide uninterruptible power supply systems and associated battery cabinets to the government authority located in Crane, IN.• Installation: Install the 93PM – UPS 20kW Universal Power Modules and associated manufacturer–specified system components.• Battery Replacement & Disposal: Replace current aged–out batteries. The Contractor is responsible for the removal, transportation, and proper environmental disposal/recycling of all old batteries in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local environmental regulations.• Inspection & Verification: Inspect and verify all wiring and connections of the UPS system to ensure compliance with required electrical and manufacturer configurations.• Electrical Specification Verification: Verify that required line–side electrical specifications are met prior to system initialization.• Start–up & Testing: Perform initial start–up, diagnostic testing, and overall system verification to ensure full operational capability.• Safety Compliance: The Contractor shall adhere to all applicable regulations, including proper electrical safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures, while performing work on premises.
