(1) Vendor needs to provide GPS tracking devices supplies for helicopters to the government authority located in Logan, UT. – Provide updated tracking with cellular and iridium satellites in remote areas at least every 30 minutes.– Need a total of 7 GPS devices.– Data out to include latitude or longitude, altitude, and airspeed.– Have an SOS or emergency button.– Distress signal logs data more frequently.– Distress signal sent to multiple users via multiple communication styles (text, email, phone, etc).– Provide an integrated map for management to see all of the devices at the same time.– Per flight display of tracking on the map.– History of past flights in the database.– Device will accept DC power on the 9–30v power supply.– Automatically power on the device when power is present at the plug in.
