Vendor needs to provide business intelligence consulting services.1. Survey:– Researching the public’s knowledge of the health administration’s public awareness campaigns related to the opioid epidemic in state.– The vendor shall develop and implement the online survey using Qualtrics, Jotform, or similar.2. Focus groups:– These focus groups will endeavor to determine the efficacy of the public awareness campaign designed by the health administration and produced by the state ad agency. Topics to be discussed include good Samaritan Law, Naloxone, Fentanyl, Anti–Stigma, and behavioral health programs.3. Reporting:– The analysis will also need to measure how opinions have changed over time, comparing the results to benchmarks and data collected from previous years.
