(1) Vendor needs to provide sewer system inspection management software. – Provide a sewer system inspection management software solution that addresses the functional, integration, and operational requirements described herein.– A replacement solution that offers improved capabilities for data submission and validation workflow management, GIS integration, cloud–hosted media management, and ongoing technical support. – The platform shall support post–processing tasks, including editing of video files and header file data as needed following initial submission.– The platform shall include a mapping component integrated with ArcGIS Enterprise Portal feature services.– Provide system tools to support the review process, including customizable queries applicable to both submitted data and coded inspection surveys.– Software solutions capable of replacing its current sewer inspection management platform.– Dynamic data retrieval with near real–time refresh capability.– Associate inspection data with relevant GIS assets and project metadata.– Cloud–hosted media management – Machine learning and AI–assisted defect detection.– Mapping component.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
