(1) Vendor needs to provide property and casualty services to the government authority located in Lowell, MA.– Gather all requisite exposure data and loss data from the agency for use in development of and updating of coverage specifications.– Negotiate with interested insurance carriers to obtain the most favourable rates and premiums available to the agency under the existing market conditions.– Monitor and update coverages and recommend additional coverages and insurances that may be necessary for the agency based upon their risks (including but not limited to cyber security). work with assistant agency manager, or his or her designee on application materials.– Provide insurance requirements and risk management training to personnel when necessary.– Obtain coverage for which the premiums do not include commissions, where possible.– Work with the law department to provide loss updates, updated data and values and information necessary to evaluate insurance needs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
