(1) Vendor needs to provide locksmith services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA. – Provide restricted key system services and all other key cutting services to include but not limited to: supplying, cutting, and controlling keys, and provision of overture subscription services for authority use, and related hardware in accordance with the authority’s established restricted product authorization process.– Compatibility with existing keyways, cylinders, cores, and hardware currently in use by the authority.– Ability to maintain restricted key control, including controlled duplication and authorization procedures.– No requirement for rekeying, system replacement, or modification of existing installed hardware.– Equivalent durability, material quality, and performance standards.– Availability through an authorized distribution channel to maintain chain–of–custody and security compliance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 26, 2026.
