(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefit plans services to the government authority located in Mission, TX.• Third Party Administrator (TPA) services for the City's self–funded group health plan.– Include Service Performance Guarantees:– Claims turnaround time– Call center response standards– ID card issuance turnaround– Appeals processing standards– Eligibility processing standards– Reporting accuracy standards– Claims payment accuracy standards– Service guarantees shall include measurable performance standards and identify any financial penalties or fee–at–risk provisions associated with failure to meet stated guarantees.– All benefit plan designs shall match or exceed the current Base Plan and Buy–Up Plan designs. Any deviations must be clearly identified and explained.– Selerix–compatible enrollment data interface– Carriers/TPAs shall provide historical claims administration performance metrics, including claims processing accuracy, turnaround times, overpayment recovery rates, internal audit procedures, and any associated performance guarantees.(2) A pre–proposal conference meeting will be held on July 6,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.(4) A contract term will be for three years.
