(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive credentialing and payer enrollment solution.– Agency seeks a comprehensive credentialing and enrollment solution that improves efficiency, reduces administrative burden, mitigates organizational risk, enhances provider readiness, and minimizes delays in reimbursement associated with provider enrollment activities.– Services shall support timely provider onboarding, recredentialing, payer enrollment, ongoing compliance monitoring, and accurate maintenance of provider records.• Specifications– The vendor must provide a methodology and project management for implementing a successful project.– Include a proposed project schedule identifying tasks, responsibilities, estimated timecommitments and identifying all critical milestones.– Vendor must have the ability to maintain separate associated profiles for different TaxIdentification Numbers that are associated with agency.– Provide illustrative or descriptive literature, brochures, website links, etc., that provideadditional product information.– Cost information must clearly identify all fees associated with management, platformuse, training sessions, migration and any other relevant items.• Technology Requirements– Secure web–based platform– Role–based access controls (Admin, Director, Associate, etc.)– Audit trail functionality– Electronic document management– Automated notifications and alerts– Ad hoc reporting capabilities– Data export and integration functionality– Dashboard reporting– Support coverageo 24/7 vs business hourso On–Call/escalation structure– Maintenanceo Patch/Upgrade Ownershipo Backup frequency(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
