Grounds and Irrigation Maintenance for Orlando Fire Department

The 'Agency Name ( 'Agency Abbreviation ) requests Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide 'Brief description of services to be provided and Irrigation Maintenance Services at various Orlando Fire Department (OFD) Stations and training areas within City limits. Proposer shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for all aspects of grounds maintenance and irrigation maintenance. The Proposer shall be responsible for all aspects of grounds and irrigation maintenance services, to include, but not be limited to: mowing, blowing, trimming, string trimming, litter removal, landscape maintenance, palm tree maintenance, raking and disposal of leaves and other foliage material, roadside herbicide spraying, pruning, trash and debris removal, clipping and fence line trimming. Irrigation maintenance services shall include inspections, testing, all adjustments and repairs of the complete irrigation system including pumps, water meters, backflow preventers, and providing all replacement parts. Site locations for the performance of the Work are listed herein. These sites must be accepted by the Proposer as being in an "as is condition" at the time of contract execution. The City will not provide or allow for any additional cost for bringing the properties up to an acceptable level.
