(1) Vendor needs to provide studio and broadcast services.• Operate studio and broadcast equipment for county council meetings and hearings, typically occurring, but not limited to, the mornings of Tuesdays and Wednesdays weekly; with some variation in times and dates based on public meeting schedules and production needs.• Provide production support, both on campus and in the field, to the manager. Tasks include technical production of public meeting live broadcasts; broadcast program scheduling; editing of recording when necessary.• Offer post–production assistance (in–office and remote) as required.• Report to the manager.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
