RECY-7555 - USA (Middletown, New York) - Electronic Waste Collection, Management, Disposition, and Related Services - Deadline September 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic waste collection, management, disposition, and related services to the government authority located in Middletown, NY. – Provide comprehensive electronic waste collection, management, disposition, and related services, including all labor, supervision, project management, qualified personnel, equipment, vehicles, transportation, facilities, technology, permits, licenses, documentation, reporting, administrative support, subcontractor management, and all other resources necessary to perform the services.– Provide participating agencies with a complete, nationwide solution for the secure collection, transportation, data destruction, refurbishment, reuse, recycling, recovery, and lawful disposition of electronic waste generated during governmental, educational, institutional, and public utility operations.– Services shall be scalable to support projects of varying size and complexity, including individual equipment pickups, scheduled collection programs, technology modernization initiatives, office relocations, facility decommissioning, warehouse cleanouts, community collection events, emergency response activities, and large multi–site asset disposition projects.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2026.
