(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial service to the government authority located in Cleburne, TX. – Perform janitorial cleaning services.– Dust or damp wipe general public areas, windowsills, low ledges, moldings, files, and other furnishings as needed– Doors, walls, and baseboards must be spot washed.– Commodes, urinals, and washbasins scour and disinfect, and wash commode seats with disinfectant.– Clean, bright metal fixtures, exposed pipes, fittings, and valves with germicidal cleaner and wipe dry.– Walls spot clean or wash thoroughly with a disinfectant soap solution.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 17,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.   (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
