(1) Vendor needs to provide payload processing facility decontamination shower design build services to the government authority located in Wallops Island, VA.– Proposals for the design and construction of a dedicated 160 square footdecontamination room to support personnel and/or equipment decontamination operations in a controlled environment.– The space shall be designed to ensure durability, safety, ease of cleaning, and compliance with applicable codes and hazardous location requirements.– Coordinate with Owner and Engineer of Record.– Produce shop drawings and submittals including:– Insulated metal panels.– Wall coatings.– Floor coating.– Architectural drawings.– Structural drawings.– Foundation drawings.– Electrical drawings.– Process piping drawings.
