(1) Vendor needs to provide architecture and engineering service to the government authority located in Gilbert, Arizona. – Provide professional engineering services to prepare a fully updated hardcopy and digital Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manual for the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF).– Update will incorporate recent facility improvements, including oxidation ditch rotor upgrades, diffuser replacements, station modifications, odor control improvements, filter and bar screen updates.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 2, 2026.
