(1) Vendor needs to provide professional audit services to the government authority located in West Des Moines, IA. – to express an opinion on the fair presentation of its basic financial statements in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (generally accepted accounting principles), based upon the audit of the basic financial statements of the Water Works.– The auditor shall also be responsible for performing procedures involving supplementary information required by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
