26-37 RFP Ohio Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) Infrastructure Planning Project

The City of Springfield, Ohio, will receive electronic proposals for RFP #26-37 for the Ohio Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) Infrastructure Planning Project. Proposals must be submitted before 4:00 PM (local time) on November 9, 2026. This project is Federally Funded through a grant from NIST. The RFP is available through Bid Express at: https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/56536/home. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a bidder to review and print all projects. A digital ID will be required to submit an electronic proposal. The digital ID can be set up through Bid Express. Please note that it can take up to seven (7) days to receive the digital ID.
