(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services for police station renovations to the government authority located in Winooski, VT.– Demolish all flooring (requires asbestos abatement)– Demolish ceiling grid; salvage light fixtures– New resilient flooring throughout– New carpet tile in Sergeants, Police Chief and Officers’ rooms– New plumbing fixtures and vanity– Make one of the water closets ADA compliant– New stainless steel water closet in detention w/flush controls in corridor(2) A pre–bid mandatory walkthrough will be held on August 26 and September 1, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
