(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning journey partner services. – Serve as agency’s strategic Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) journey partner for a comprehensive, multi–year ERP transformation initiative. – Provide strategic guidance, program–level support and hands–on execution throughout the multi–year ERP transformation, supporting the agency across the Finance, Human Capital Management (HCM) and budget domains. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 27, 2026.
