(1) Vendor needs to provide asynchronous ethics and budget training service to the government authority located in AK. – Provide training will be housed in the department online elearning platform.• Ethical conduct and conflicts of interest:– Financial and personal interests, required disclosures, and participation in decisions after a conflict is identified.– Nepotism and decisions involving relatives, including employment, supervision, and contracts;– Gifts and improper use of a board position or district resources.– Interactions with vendors and potential contractors, including involvement in district purchasing decisions.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
