Vendor needs to provide web–based community engagement platform. – Provide procure a comprehensive web–based community engagement platform to enhance communication with older adults, people with disabilities, and their caregivers.  – The system must support automated outreach via voice, text, and email, provide real–time multilingual translation, and ensure equitable access for diverse and underserved populations.  • The platform must enable agency to:– Send surveys to measure client satisfaction, assess program quality, and evaluate service outcomes.– Use automated or AI–driven outreach to increase benefits uptake and participation in Title III services.– Deliver educational communications regarding programs, services, benefits, and financial assistance (e.g., SNAP).– Send real–time alerts regarding program changes, closures, schedule updates, and emergency information in multiple languages.• Platform and functional requirements:– Self–service administrative portal– Real–time multi–channel surveys– Referral tracking and outcome monitoring– Multi–language communication– User–centered interface– Secure client data updates– Dedicated local phone number– Engagement reporting• Service requirements:– Platform setup and configuration, including client data import.– Assignment of a dedicated account manager or customer success manager.– Onboarding and training for administrative portal users.– Ongoing customer success support, including regular check–ins.– Unlimited technical support during business hours (8am – 6pm CST).
