(1) Vendor needs to provide camp construction service to the government authority located in Charleston, WV.• This includes performing all work prescribed in a workmanlike and acceptable manner,including labor, tools, equipment, supplies, material, incidentals, and quality controlrequired to complete the work.• Horizontal–Sliding Window Hardware:a. Sill Cap/Track: Extruded–aluminum track with natural anodized finish ofdimensions and profile indicated; designed to comply with performancerequirements indicated and to drain to the exterior.b. Locks and Latches: Allow unobstructed movement of the sash across adjacent sashin direction indicated and operated from the inside only.c. Roller Assemblies: Low–friction design.• Install windows and components to drain water passing joints and condensation to the exterior.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
