Vendor needs to provide bus passenger counting systems.– Camera–based, sensor–based, or other available hardware and software systems that can provide accurate real–time counts of bus passenger boardings, alightings, loads, and potentially origin–destination trip patterns.– To provide accurate vehicle–level counts of boardings, alightings, and passengers loads on a realtime and next–day basis.– Data should be appropriately linked to the route, stop, and trip being served, and broken down by which door of the vehicle was used.– Provide an assessment of what level of data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness has been achieved in production systems. provide an assessment of what level of data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness has been achieved in production systems.– For video–based systems, vendors should describe whether passenger counting and analytics are performed on the vehicle, at the edge, in a server–based environment, or within a cloud environment, including associated bandwidth requirements.– Vendors should also describe available data access and integration methods, including APIs, data formats, and update frequency.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
