Vendor needs to provide engineering solutions design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance services.– Develop effective tactical search plans based on available environmental data and threat data, providing recommendations for an integrated executable deployment strategy for both environmental sensors and tactical sensors.– Develop and maintain an integrated optimization capability and enhance reconstruction capability.– Implement emerging technologies using portable software implementations and implement it according to state–of–the–art industry interface standards.– Incorporate a life–cycle maintenance capability by employing source code management system to track current and future changes, automated testing, cross–platform practices, and online issue tracking.– Design, develop, integrate, test, maintain, and deliver upgrades to new and modified software supporting airborne acoustic sensing, acoustic performance prediction, and associated mission planning functions.– Provide design and development support to address government requests for tactical acoustic range prediction capabilities for airborne active sonar systems.– Provide design and development support to address Government requests for acoustic ray–trace analysis across the applicable sensor classes, using realistic environmental increments and supported deployment depths.
