Pensacola Beach Public Dressing Room Design Build- Re-Solicit

OVERVIEW The purpose of this narrative is to present the Proposer with a general design criteria to establish the level of quality of material and construction appropriate for the new Casino Beach Public Dressing Rooms. This narrative, along with the Design Criteria drawings form the Design Criteria Package and should provide the Proposer with a full understanding of the nature of the project. It is not the intent of the Design Criteria Package to prescribe construction means and methods or to insist upon any proprietary products, but to serve as a basis of the quality and standardization needs of the project. The facility stakeholders have reviewed the plans and approved the overall layout and design. The Proposer shall provide a design that is in conformance with the aesthetic design provided in this Design Criteria Package. It is not the intention of the Design Criteria Package to restrict the Proposer from proposing alternative approaches to the Project that will meet the design and performance requirements outlined in this Design Criteria Package. The County, assisted by the Design Build Contractor shall approve changes to the aesthetic design prior to the submittal of the final proposal to ensure conformance with the Design Criteria Package
