(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in Kalispell, MT.– Provided will include architectural and engineering services and construction oversight.– The project includes full replacement of the grandstand seating structure, covered roof, exhibit hall, and fair offices within its existing footprint.– design should include a seating structure for approximately 3,000 guests, ADA seating, an upgraded reserved seating area with back supports, covered roof, VIP and/or press boxes, arena lighting and cameras, and potential concession stand.– The exhibit hall should be designed to accommodate large gatherings and public events within the space under the seating structure.– Intended design includes raised ceilings, open concept with minimal support columns, access to the west lawn, and an interior connection to existing restroom facilities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
