(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisor services to the government authority located in Denison, TX.– Provide comprehensive investment advisory services for all college investment assets.– Deliver strategic investment advice and management services designed to maximize the college’s ability to invest funds, optimize interest income, and support the college’s financial goals through informed recommendations on investment instruments and risk management strategies.– Manage the college’s investment portfolio, providing strategic guidance on yields and investment options.– Execute the purchase and sale of securities or other authorized investments upon college’s approval.– Develop cash flow projections that align investment strategies with the college’s financial needs.– Performance monitoring and reporting.– Provide periodic risk analyses of current and potential investments.– Arbitrage compliance (bond funding).– Analyze and assess risks associated with the college’s depository institutions.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 15,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
