Rozbudowa systemu HIS – MEDIQUS 4.0 firmy GABOS posiadanego przez zamawiającego w zakresie indeksacji kart informacyjnych leczenia szpitalnego oraz integracji z P1 w zakresie nowych dokumentów EDM. Minimalne wymagania dla przedmiotu umowy opisano w tabeli znajdującej się w Rozdziale 5 pkt 5.2 SWZ. Pozostałe postanowienia dotyczące realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia znajdują się w projekcie umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
