(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted independent system operator and power agency validation and reporting solution. – Provide solutions shall be provided as a hosted or software–as–a–service platform, or as supported cloud deployment, with all hosting architecture.– Solutions shall support secure import and retention of internal and external data in a format sufficient to support service delivery, reporting, audit review, and historical analysis.– Provide implementation services sufficient to configure, deploy, test, and place.– Independent System Operator Validation and Reporting Solution:• Solution shall adhere to market structures, including the day ahead market, extended day ahead market, and real–time market, and shall demonstrate compatibility with applicable settlement rules, settlement configuration files, and settlement data structures.• Solution must provide automated integration (such as API–based integration) with market results Interface–Settlements and Open Access Same–time Information System (OASIS) to pull or ingest settlement statements, invoices, and market prices.• Solution must provide settlement timeline management automatically tracking and categorizing data by settlement version.– Power Agency Validation and Reporting Solution:• Solution must provide automated ingestion of data required for validation and reporting, including data made available through the portal, API, file transfer, or other supported interface.• Solution must support scheduled imports at regular intervals and user initiated or manual imports when needed.• Solution must retain imported source data in a structured repository for historical analysis, recalculation support, audit review, and reporting.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
