(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial water–based charter boat and tour operator permits services to the government authority located in Sarasota, FL.– A commercial water–based charter boat and tour operator permit program to authorize qualified and permitted operators (the “permit holder”) to provide recreational charter fishing and excursion tour services from designated county parks and water access facilities.– Managing and balancing access for public users and commercial water–based charter boat and tour operators;– Providing clear and consistent operational guidelines;– Protecting, respecting, and preserving natural resources;– Support recreational opportunities through environmental stewardship.– Permits issued under this program shall be used solely for the authorized operation of commercial water–based charter boat and tour operators services.– Permit holders shall not perform shuttle services to and/or from additional vessels.– Permit holder shall maintain and provide to the county, an up–to–date list of captains and guides employed by the company.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
