STAFF-16407 - USA (Minneapolis, Minnesota) - Medical Director Services - Deadline July 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide medical director services to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN. – The medical director will consult with the program team to provide clinical care to clients, provide staff development, work on school–based clinics related activities such as clinic operations, grant planning, quality assurance and clinical protocols.– Provide advice and review new clinical protocols– Review and sign off on program protocols annually– Provide nurse practitioners and physician assistants consultation regarding client care as needed– Advise program team (clinic managers, program supervisors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, program leads, mental health therapists, health educators and medical assistants) regarding the development of clinic protocols and procedures to ensure best practices and quality adolescent care is provided to school based clinic clients.– Provide regular clinical updates and related staff development to the program team– Agree to Board of Medicine Practice Agreement with program physician assistant and update annually– Sign off on MD fellowship collaborative agreements, as needed– Support clinical practices, training and development, and implementation of services– Facilitate referrals for program clients who require more complex medical or mental health care by working with clinic managers, program supervisors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants– Be available by email or phone during regular daytime clinical hours for consultation, as needed– Provide consultation on improving clinic billing practices– Work with program related activities such as grant planning, quality assurance and improvement, and clinical protocols– Consult with clinic medical providers and leadership team on a regular basis including monthly leadership meeting(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.
