(1) Vendor needs to provide third–party accounting services to the government authority located in Holland, MI. – Provide full–service third–party accounting services, including general ledger and financial statement preparation, grant and FTA funds accounting and compliance reporting, audit preparation and single audit support, payroll and employee benefits administration, and related systems and advisory support, currently performed.– provide technical accounting expertise, grant and compliance reporting, audit preparation, payroll administration, and systems and advisory support necessary to support informed financial decision–making– Recommendations on accounting system and ERP configuration and internal controls.– Preparation of year–end audit schedules and supporting workpapers.– Assistance responding to audit findings and developing corrective action plans.– Monitoring and advising on cash and investment accounts.– Payroll and employee benefits management.– Bank and account reconciliations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 05, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
