(1) Vendor needs to provide special education professional development and technical assistance service to the government authority located in Cheyenne, WY. • Professional Development and Technical Assistance is of high–quality and adheres to adult learning principles.• Monitoring of fidelity of the delivered Professional Development and Technical Assistance program to ensure high quality• Provide in–person or virtual training as needed and appropriate• Assist in its efforts to assure staff are continuously trained in topics relevant to their position and the division’s role.• Assist in its efforts to maximize internal capacity for the purpose of sustainability of the program(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026(3) The contract period will be for four years.
