(1) Vendor needs to provide general land sale marketing and auction services. – Provide specified marketing and auction services required for the successful sale of approximately fifteen to twenty parcels of borough owned lands.– Sale of parcels will be via live public outcry and simulcast online auction, as well as a secondary online–only auction for those parcels not initially sold as part of the live auction.– Develop and implement approved marketing plan for all identified sale parcels. – Print, digital, and social media marketing targeting borough residents must be incorporated as part of the marketing strategy.– Marketing must include the listing of all identified sale parcels on the local multiple listing service for a minimum of 30 days prior to the sale by a licensed real estate agent and associated broker.– Physically post signage advertising all road accessible properties for sale thirty days prior to the sale.– Provide live online and phone bidding services support related to the live auction.– Live auction will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026 in the borough assembly chamber.– The online–only auction is to begin no later than November 2, 2026, and continue for not more than two weeks.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 7, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
