(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral health urgent care services to the government authority located in Visalia, CA.– Including timely access standards, trauma–informed care principles, evidence–based behavioral health practices, and community–based crisis stabilization and diversion models.– Deliver timely, voluntary, community–based urgent behavioral health services for adults, 18+, experiencing behavioral health crises or urgent mental health needs by offering assessment, stabilization, peer support, screening, and linkage to ongoing care in the least restrictive outpatient setting.– Specialty mental health services only.– Specialty mental health services and drug medical organized delivery system services.– Provide rapid, accessible care for individuals experiencing mental health crises, and substance use disorder (SUD) crises.– Provide non–medical sobering services for adults experiencing acute intoxication from alcohol and other substances.– Peer–supported transitions to community–based services.– Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, safety planning, care coordination, resiliency–building, stress reduction, recovery–oriented skill development, and peer–delivered crisis respite services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 28,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
