(1) Vendor needs to provide adult mental health services to the government authority located in West St. Paul, MN. – Provide Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS).– IRTS is a community–based medically monitored level of care for an adult that uses evidence–based rehabilitative practices to promote a member’s recovery and to develop and achieve psychiatric stability, personal and emotional adjustment, self–sufficiency, and other skills that help a member transition to a more independent setting.– IRTS are provided by qualified mental health staff on–site 24 hours a day.– Assertive engagement.– Benefits and finance support.– Employment services.– Family psychoeducation and support.– Housing access support.– Medication assistance and support.– Medication education.– Mental health certified peer specialist services.– Independent living skills training and education.– Socialization skills training and education.– Benefit application assistance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
