(1) Vendor needs to provide entry–level police officer testing services to the government authority located in Champaign, IL. – Provide continuous written examination administration services for the position of entry–level police officer. – The engagement will require continuous written examination administration, scoring, and technical documentation; a documented validation strategy. – Deliver a written examination the agency can administer or that the vendor administers, a defensible scoring and ranking methodology and a technical report sufficient to support the examination if challenged.• Administer an examination on a continuous basis to candidates who have applied assessing job relevant criteria in a way that allows the agency to identify a new batch of qualified candidates to bring forward to interviews on a monthly basis.• Administer test in compliance with ADA, reasonable accommodations process.• Provide candidate preparation/study guidance and practice exams.• Provide customer service and communications to test takers.• Score exams and provide each candidate's score to the agency.• Recommend a valid and defensible cut score that minimizes discrimination based on protected characteristics.• Provide a technical report documenting validation evidence, defend the exam if required.• Provide security of examination materials and results.• Provide a candidate attendance and no–show management plan that limits the agency’s financial exposure, if fees are assessed for no–shows.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
