(1) Vendor needs to provide workday application management solution. – Provide post go–live support, stabilization, optimization, troubleshooting, and enhancement services for the workday platform implementation.– Requiring ongoing support for labor agreement implementation, payroll compliance, and rapid operational changes.– Payroll Support:• Payroll calculation troubleshooting.• Retro pay troubleshooting.• Earnings and deduction configuration support.• Payroll reconciliation assistance.• Tax and garnishment support.• Time Tracking and Absence–related payroll issue resolution.• Pay impacting absence accrual troubleshooting.• Payroll balancing support.– Collective Bargaining Agreement Implementation Support:• Pay rules.• Overtime calculations.• Shift differentials.• Premium pay.• Eligibility rules.• Leave and accrual plans.– Benefits Plan Management and Open Enrollment Support:• Benefits eligibility troubleshooting and configuration support.• Benefit event processing and enrollment issue resolution.• Open enrollment planning, configuration, testing, and production support.• Creation and configuration of new benefit plans and plan changes.– Reporting and Analytics Support:• Development and modification of reports.• Dashboard development and support.• Calculated field troubleshooting.• Data validation and audit support.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
