What is the solicitation method? The project site concerns a wood-frame pole barn and concrete block storage building. On September 28, 2022, Hurricane Ian destroyed the roof and wood-framed portions of the structure beyond simple repair. This scope of work seeks to rebuild the open-air pole barn structure and roof over the adjacent block building with more durable material and structural choices. The County anticipates an initial contract for the term of the project duration.
