This invitation to bid is for the lead removal services and shell casing recycling and a reimbursement for both, at Robert Strickland Shooting Range (Strickland Range) located at 1180 Indian Lake Road. Daytona Beach, FL 32124. The Parks, Recreation & Cultural Division operates this outdoor shooting range with forty-two (42) shooting positions. The backstop berm system consists of three (3) berms, twenty-five (25) yards from the shooting line, fifty (50) yards from the shooting line, and one hundred (100) yards from the shooting line. There is access on either side of the berm for a small backhoe or bobcat.
