(1) Vendor needs to provide arts community creative spaces plan service.– A steering committee comprising arts commissioners, representatives of arts community, staff and community members with expertise in key project areas will also partner on this project.– Developing all documentation, reports, slide decks, presentations, graphics, images and other materials using a universal design approach that incorporates communications and design best practices for people with disabilities.– Consult on project scope and schedule through the parks, recreation and cultural resources project manager and other staff or departments, as needed.– Strategic plan, including goals, strategies and timeline, etc. – Develop project framework.– Research, assessment, and analysis.– Sharing the planning process and plan– Strategic planning.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 04, 2026.(3) Pre–proposal conference will be held on August 28, 2026.
