(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Erie, PA. – Provide janitorial services for the csity municipal building.– Work surfaces, counter tops, windowsills and furniture need to be dusted and waxed. – Waxing only needs to be done once every two or three times.– Areas are surfaces that are used by numerous personnel and the public.– Using damp cloth and applying the appropriate cleaning solution either directly to the cloth or preferably directly on the surface to be cleaned, to remove all soiling.– Removal of local spots or stains using a range of chemicals applicable for all types of spots and stains.– Monday through Friday full janitorial crew five times nightly, 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm or approved schedule.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
