(1) Vendor needs to provide waiver management system modernization service. – Modernize the Waiver Management System (WaMS) to create a more efficient, integrated, and user–centered platform that supports the administration of the Medicaid waivers.– Streamlined intake and eligibility determination processes with automated validation and real–time data exchange– Enhanced workflows for service plan creation, approval, and tracking.– Integrated provider enrollment, credentialing, and performance tracking with secure data sharing across systems.– Improved integration with Medicaid billing and payment systems to support accurate claims processing and reconciliation.– Advanced reporting tools and dashboards for program oversight, compliance monitoring, and outcome measurement.– Role–based access controls, identity management, and compliance with state and federal data security standards.– Seamless integration with other local, state and federal systems, including Medicaid enterprise components and case management platforms.– Flexible configuration options to support evolving program requirements and policy changes without extensive redevelopment.– Provide a single intuitive and accessible interface for all system users, inclusive of case managers, providers, individuals receiving services, and their families.– Scalability and Sustainability: Implement a flexible architecture that can adapt to future program changes, technology advancements, and growth in service demand.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
