(1) Vendor needs to provide on–call Airport Technical Consulting Services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA. – Provide on–call airport technical consulting services including planning, ground access, landside, airside, airspace, airport operations and congestion management, urban and advanced mobility, aviation system planning, land use, aircraft noise, environmental review and compliance with state/federal environmental regulations, planning support services, airport planning and research/analysis and airport planning analytical support service at  • Analyses and recommendations – provide analyses and recommendations in the following areas:– Ground Access– Landside– Airside– Airspace– Airport operations and congestion management– Urban and advanced air mobility– Aviation system planning• Airport planning research and analysis.• Analytical support:– Assist in the creation and production of in–house presentation materials.– Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating public presentations of the agency’s efforts.– Assist in the development of project submissions for planning related awards given by media or professional organizations.– Assist in the creation and maintenance of an information management and integration database tool for agency planning data.– Develop passenger or customer surveys.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 9, 2026.
