(1) Vendor needs to provide grant management, grant administration, project management, compliance, and implementation support services including grant research and strategy, application development, post–award administration, reimbursement support, reporting, procurement assistance, project oversight, implementation coordination, and closeout for municipal projects to the government authority located in Alabama.– Grant Development and Pre–Award Strategy: – Grant Strategy and Opportunity Mapping: Continuously monitor federal, state, regional, and philanthropic grant opportunities aligned with the City’s Comprehensive Plan, Capital Improvement Program, adopted plans, and municipal priorities.– Post–Award Grant Administration and Compliance: – Financial Administration and Reimbursement Support: Establish or support accounting draw frameworks, prepare reimbursement requests, track eligible costs, monitor budget categories, maintain local match documentation, reconcile expenditures, and support audit readiness– Grant–Funded Project Management: – Schedule and Budget Control: Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, contractor performance, consultant performance, expenditures, budget allocations, change orders, grant performance periods, and reporting deadlines to reduce the risk of cost overruns, delays, noncompliance, or grant extensions.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.(3) Contact period will be for three years.
