Sources Sought - Fabrication Vendors

Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (aka Jefferson Lab) is seeking to identify fabrication vendors to support a wide array of Projects. Jefferson Lab is governed by federal regulation 10CFR 851 which requires all custom fabrications, piping systems and pressure vessels to be fabricated and welded in accordance with ASME and/or AWS national codes. To qualify, you must complete the Welding - Vendor Survey and provide all certifications listed on the Welding Vendor Documentation Request.
