(1) Vendor needs to provide co–development partner service for homeownership development to the government authority located in Yonkers, NY. – To manage the design, financing, construction, marketing, sale, and long–term affordability of low– to moderate–income homeownership units on properties. – Expand homeownership opportunities for eligible low– and moderate–income households, with priority as established by the final program documents and applicable law.– Create a development structure that is financially feasible, transparent, and protective of interests and public assets.– Architectural design, engineering and approvals.– Buyer marketing, counselling, mortgage and closing.– Long–term affordability and public asset protection.– Capital underwriting and site due diligence.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 07, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Pre–proposal conference will be held on September 30, 2026.
