Vendor needs to provide electronic workpaper solution.– Electronic workpaper solution shall have COTS out–of–box functionality that is purpose–built for federal customers to retain electronic documentation of audits, evaluation, reviews, and inspections.– Electronic workpaper solution shall be extensible and flexible to add new functionality and modules and to integrate with new systems or solutions as needed with minimal changes to the platform.– Electronic workpaper solution shall provide an audit trail of access and activity with the ability to query and report user activities by the system administrator or individual users with the correct elevated privilege user roles.– Electronic workpaper solution shall provide history, audit tracking capabilities of user access and along with modifications made to the project and encompassing documents, including tracking administrator and elevated privilege user roles.– Solution shall allow a reviewer to create coaching notes or comments for each individual workpaper.– Capability to create libraries for each individual project.– Solution shall include a help library, user guide, online, and telephone support.– Solution shall have ability to create, store, track and export (e.g., printable PDF format) fillable forms within the solution including electronic signatures and approvals.– Solution shall provide the ability to configure data into filing structures, configure acceptable file and data formats, and control file versioning.– solution shall support the ease of administering the solution and managing user roles and groups, business processes, and data schema.
