EXTRA-77459 - USA (Oregon) - Alcohol and Drug Withdrawal Management Services - Deadline November 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide alcohol and drug withdrawal management services to the government authority located in Oregon. – Provide these services are intended to assist adults aged 18 or older who: need withdrawal management services, reside in county and are indigent, underinsured or uninsured, either at, or below 200% of federal poverty guidelines.– Withdrawal management refers to the medical and psychosocial level of care for those who are experiencing withdrawal symptoms associated with abstaining or reducing substance use.– Withdrawal management services may provide medical supervision and access to pharmacological treatment options in order to assist patients to mitigate the symptoms of their withdrawal.– Recovery Oriented System of Care (ROSC) is a holistic approach that weaves together individualized treatment services, care coordination and peer–delivered services with an emphasis on building recovery resiliency and developing and strengthening a recovery support system within the community.– Services should be able to meet the unique needs of each individual in order to give every participant in withdrawal management services the best chance to successfully transition to lower levels of care.(2) Pre–bid optional meeting will be held on October 13, 2026.
