Vendor needs to provide bond counsel services to the government authority located in Atlantic, NJ. – Bond Counsel will prepare all bond ordinances.– Bond Counsel will prepare the closing certificate. Bond Counsel will provide the index of closing documents including a thumb drive within 90 days of closing.– Bond Counsel will assist, as appropriate, in the preparation of the Preliminary Official Statement, and its printing and distribution.– Bond Counsel will respond to legal questions from the rating agencies.– Bond Counsel will assist, as appropriate, in the preparation of the Final Official Statement, and its printing and distribution.– Bond Counsel will prepare the Bonds for execution, and prepare and execute the appropriate legal opinions, including an opinion the excludability of interest on bonds from gross income.– The services may include, but are not limited to, general advice regarding existing bond ordinances and/or bond issues, calculating the amount of rebate.
